1. Information We Collect

To offer a fully automated video creation and scheduling experience, we collect specific information necessary for the operation of the Service:

• Account Credentials: Basic registration details including your email address, username, and encrypted passwords.
• Social Media Credentials (OAuth Tokens): Secure access tokens, refresh tokens, and channel identifiers (such as TikTok OpenID or Instagram Page ID) that you explicitly authorize when connecting your profiles. We never ask for or store your social account passwords.
• Video & Publishing Metadata: Captions, generated video file links on the VPS, publication logs, and post schedules.
• Platform Performance Metrics: Aggregate views, likes, shares, comments, impressions, and saves fetched directly from third-party APIs to show in your dashboard.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely for the following operational purposes:

• To compile, render, and host generated Stoic video reels on our secure public server.
• To programmatically publish authorized videos directly to your connected Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok profiles at scheduled intervals.
• To aggregate post metrics so you can visualize the performance of your active posts inside the unified analytics dashboard.
• To refresh OAuth tokens so the autonomous publishing agent continues operating seamlessly.

3. TikTok & Meta API Data Compliance

Our integration with the TikTok Content Posting API is designed to respect and strictly follow all official Developer terms. We use your TikTok authorization strictly to upload and publish videos you choose to post.

We do not share, sell, or disclose your social media authorization tokens to any advertising networks, third-party brokers, or external entities. All token storage is encrypted and isolated.

You have the absolute right to revoke access at any time. You can disconnect your account instantly from our Settings dashboard, or directly inside your TikTok profile settings (Security > App Permissions).

4. Data Retention & Deletion

We only retain video files on our temporary VPS storage for a short window (typically 2 hours) to allow Meta and TikTok servers to download and process the video file, after which the files are permanently wiped from our server.

If you decide to close your account, you can request full data deletion by clicking the "Delete Account" button in settings or sending an email to our support. Upon request, all credentials, stored tokens, analytics snapshots, and history will be permanently deleted from our database within 24 hours.

5. Security Measures

We employ advanced industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. All communication with our servers is protected using Secure Socket Layer (SSL/TLS) encryption.
