1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
InstaPlay is a high-performance web dashboard that provides automated video generation, Remotion-based rendering, scheduling, and direct publishing mechanisms to social media accounts. Our Service integrates directly with third-party social networks including Meta Platforms (Instagram Pro, Facebook Pages) and TikTok via official public Developer APIs.
3. User Account Security
To utilize the scheduling and publishing tools, you must register a secure account and authorize your social channels. You are fully responsible for safeguarding the credentials and tokens used to access the Service.
You agree not to disclose your tokens or account passwords to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
4. Third-Party Platform Policies
By linking your Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok accounts, you represent and warrant that you are also fully compliant with their respective platform developer terms and community guidelines:

5. Content Ownership and Rights
You retain all ownership, copyrights, and intellectual property rights in the video content, quotes, and visual assets generated through your InstaPlay account. We do not claim ownership over any of your publications.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your generated content complies with copyright laws, trademark rules, and does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual rights.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall InstaPlay, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
7. Termination & Access Revocation
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. You may also revoke token authorization and delete your data from our servers at any time by accessing your dashboard settings and clicking "Disconnect Channel" or submitting a data deletion request.
